REFUND POLICY FOR COLLABSPACE VIRTUAL OFFICE

Payments for your virtual office plan will be collected in advance by CollabSpace through online payment methods or bank transfer.

CollabSpace, through its verified third-party vendors (partner coworking spaces), provides the necessary documents for Company and/or GST registrations. The responsibility for obtaining these registrations lies solely with you. CollabSpace and the third-party vendors shall not be liable for any rejections by government authorities.

We advise you to download sample documents from the CollabSpace website and have them reviewed by your legal team before making any payments.

Ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we've established a clear refund policy:

Refund Eligibility

  • Our refund policy extends until the draft agreement is signed, approved, and executed. Once you sign the draft agreement and the space partner approves it, you will no longer be eligible for a refund, except in cases of application rejections as outlined below.
  • If your application gets rejected and the government requests additional supporting documents, we will provide those documents. However, if you face multiple rejections (two times), you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms:
    • You must share all rejection letters within 60 days of your payment date.
    • Rejections due to errors in your application are not eligible for refunds.
    • If the above criteria are met, we will refund your amount after deducting INR 2000 as operational charges. This fee covers costs incurred by our on-ground service team.
  • If you request a refund prior to signing the agreement, the entire amount will be refunded.
  • Please note that payment gateway and documentation charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please raise a support ticket at support@collabspace.in.

In your ticket, provide the reason for the refund request and attach a canceled cheque. Upon receipt of your request, our internal customer service team will verify your request within 48-72 hours. Once approved, it will take 21 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or original payment source.
