Terms. CollabSpace (referred to as “we” or “us”) owns and operates the website at collabspace.in (the “Site”), where you can find information about our products and services. These Website Terms and Conditions (the “Website Terms”) describe the rights and obligations of an unregistered website user or visitor (“user” or “you”) in connection with your use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site in any way, including as an unregistered visitor, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Site. These Website Terms apply solely to your use of the Site and the content made available on or through the Site as an unregistered user. If you use or access any of our physical spaces, restricted-access web-based services (i.e., those requiring a login), or other services we provide, your use of such spaces or services will be subject to the terms and conditions you received or accepted upon signing up for those services. Additionally, if you book or avail yourself of any of our products or services through partners or other service providers, you will be subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. From time to time, we may make modifications, deletions, or additions to the Site or these Website Terms. The Content and the Site are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. We and our licensors retain all proprietary rights to the Site and the Content available on or through the Site, and, except as expressly set forth in these Website Terms, no rights are granted to any Content. Subject to these Website Terms, we grant each user of the Site a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to use (i.e., download and display locally) Content solely for viewing, browsing, and using the functionality of the Site. All Content is provided for general informational purposes only. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, remove, edit, modify, or delete any Content, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason.
No Refunds. All payments made under this Agreement are irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable. CollabSpace shall not be obligated to provide any services, and you shall not be entitled to receive any services until completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and verification of your identity. If you fail to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe, CollabSpace reserves the right to cancel your request for services without any obligation to refund any payments made. No services shall be provided until the user completes the KYC process
Cancellation Policy: Virtual Office
At CollabSpace, we do not offer cancellations for virtual office plans booked through our website. We recommend that you carefully review all details before confirming your booking to ensure that everything is accurate.
If you wish to terminate the virtual office service, please provide proof of business deregistration or a change of address. This documentation is required for the successful termination of services.
Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CollabSpace and its affiliates, parents, successors, employees, assignees, officers, agents, and directors (collectively, the "CollabSpace Parties") disclaim all warranties and terms, whether express or implied, concerning the Site, the Content, or the services (including third-party services) available through the Site. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, as well as any implied warranties arising from course of dealing, course of performance, or usage in trade.
The CollabSpace Parties shall not be liable to the maximum extent permitted by law for any claims, damages, expenses, or other losses arising from products or services obtained through our partners, service providers, or any third parties. Under no circumstances shall the CollabSpace Parties be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, compensatory, or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the cause, or for damages exceeding INR 10,000 in total.
Miscellaneous
These Website Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. These Website Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CollabSpace regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements, proposals, understandings, or contemporaneous communications.
If any provision of these Website Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and enforceable. For any waiver of compliance with these Website Terms to be binding, we must provide you with written notice of such waiver. The failure of either party to enforce any rights under these Website Terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of those rights.
